About Me: Unlike a lot of other photographers, I’m not yet a mommy-- so my passion for photography did not branch from constantly taking photos of my first born. Instead, I have 3 of the cutest, most incredible nephews around-- and they’re my favorite subjects. I’ve had a passion for photography since I was a tween, constantly taking photos of everything I could with my first digital camera. My amazing, multi-talented, crime-fighting husband and I have two furry little kids, own our dream house, and work separate shifts. I’ve recently learned the hard way that each moment could be your last- and my husband and I have been given a second chance to make new memories, which is why I’m passionate about capturing the memories that make up the story of your life. I’m not into “say cheese…“ portraits…that’s just not my style! If that’s what kind of session you’re looking for-- I gotta tell ya -you’re in the wrong place! That’s okay, too- I may not be the right photographer for everyone. I’m all about real life…so-- if your 2-year old is throwing a fit, your husband is grumpy because his favorite team lost the “big game“, or you‘re having a bad hair day -- IT’S OKAY! I’m here to grab the perfectly imperfect memories which contain the real you, the real emotions, the real moments that occur-- and put them in print. You will love your photos so much more when you see that I’ve captured your true personality in each shot! Your session will take place on-location in your home or an outdoor location of your choosing (or one of my favorites if you can‘t decide!) with only available, natural light-- so no studio set up here!
